Terms & Conditions

Payment schedule and cancellation terms.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Prices shown include all taxes.

To qualify for any early-bird prices all payments must be made prior to the due dates shown.

Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter / fax / email).

In the event of cancellation we will only refund the cost of the retreat in full should a replacement be found otherwise cancellation charges will be as follows:
    - less than 90 days before retreat starts: 50% of cost of the retreat;
    - less than 50 days before retreat starts: 75% of cost of the retreat;
    - less than 30 days before retreat starts: 100% of cost of the retreat.


General terms

Passports.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is up to date and that you supply us with your name exactly as shown in the passport. You are required to have 6 months validity from the return date of your flight. Visas are not required for Tonga for Australian, New Zealand, US and UK passport holders. Check other nationalities here

Travel insurance.
You must have travel insurance for this retreat. Please confirm details of your insurance with us prior to departure. We recommend you book your insurance at the same time as you book your airline ticket.

Health requirements.
Please ensure that you advise us of any health conditions and that you carry sufficient medication for any medical conditions. Tonga has no mandatory requirements for inoculations.

Emergency contact details.
We will ask you to furnish us with contact details of someone in NZ in the event of an emergency.

Teacher responsibility.
If Loris is unable to teach due to last minute accident / illness, a replacement teacher will be found.
